Cavs v Wolves

Post by thedoper »

Change your faces people, big win last night and the Cavs dont scare me. I expect some line drive bricks from Rubio for old time sake and lots of talk on his intangible or invisible impact on the game. Go Wolves!!

Cleveland:
o Donovan Mitchell - Questionable
o Dean Wade - Out
o Dylan Windler - Out

Minnesota:
o Anthony Edwards - Questionable
o Kyle Anderson - Questionable
o Taurean Prince - Questionable
o Karl-Anthony Towns - Out
o Jordan McLaughlin - Out
o Josh Minott - G-League Assignment

I'm not expecting a win tonight given the quality of opponent and it being the second night of a back-to-back for the Timberwolves, but it's also not an "unwinnable" game either. Minnesota still has enough horses to compete, and if their three questionable players are able to suit up, along with D'Angelo Russell, Jaden McDaniels, and Rudy Gobert, then they have a reasonable chance. The spread is only 3.5 points currently, which is surprisingly close. It would be a very good win if they could get it.

Kevin Love and Ricky Rubio coming off the bench for Cleveland. Man, that's a hell of a lot of basketball IQ and skill to back up their show horses in the starting lineup. Would love to see the Cavs make a run in the East.
