Ok, Matt. You owe Mr. Moore Jr. an apology. Comparing a player to Smiling Wes, even without the smile, is the ultimate insult in my book!

Lol I was comparing physical traits rather than character. As soon as he cracks a 'Smilen Johnson' he should be traded immediately. Although I think Nathan Knight has unfortunately taken that role of being the bench clown.

- That was some trench warfare there. Hell of a battle and our team played about as scrappy as I've seen all year.

- I'm shocked that Finch actually started Moore, but it worked out. I was impressed with Moore's discretion. Never tried to do too much on either end.

- While that was an inspired performance by Ant, we won't see that kind of effort from him nightly. This was a playoff rematch at home and he loves the big moments. Unfortunately, this kind of effort and off ball defensive plays won't happen in a non-descript road game.

- Nowell's shot coming back to him happened just in time with KAT out. I expect him to stay on a roll for the most part.

- This team could be quite a terror defensively when McDaniels and McLaughlin get back into the rotation. Simply inserting Anderson in place of KAT and having Naz play Center exclusively as Rudy's backup allows for much quicker rotations defensively and shot contests.

Good win. Like Kek though, gotta start making more shots!

Let's be honest though even if Moore had a Wes Johnson career it would not be a terrible draft pick. I want Moore from Wendell (lol) but Smiling Wes stuck around in the league for years being a decent wing defender that some years could hit a 3 but also didn't jack up shots and played complimentary basketball often on playoff teams. Certainly not high praise and Wes was a bust and a bad draft pick but at least he was useful for a few years. I also believe Moore is a much better ball handler and player maker...doesn't take much. Moore is also younger as a rookie than Wes was.

As for Ant we can hope he sees the need to rise up with KAT out. That could solve a lot of problems.

I did not see this comeback. Is better news than the win. Had to miss this one thanks to everyone for the great GDT.

Yeah, I knew what you were saying. :). I just couldn't resist taking a shot at Wes. Just the mention of his name is like finger nails on a chalk board to me. Speaking of Knight, I didn't see him smile tonight when the camera was on him. That's a good sign. I'll be at the game Saturday night and I'll be watching Nathan Knight carefully. :)
