Wolves vs Riendeer GDT

Post by TAFKASP »

Ummm, fellas, there's a game on tonight. Woofs up 47-41 with about 4 minutes left in the half.

Luka Garza and Matt Ryan going toe to toe with Giannis. That is a real factual statement

I turned on the game with about 2 and 1/2 minutes left in the first half, looks like Milwaukee is ice cold from 3

Of course Matt Ryan misses a bunch of open looks because....Wolves. Also, Ant's missed FTAs is going to come back and bite us if we lose by just a few points. You just can't go 1-6 from the line. Otherwise, he's been brilliant, making huge plays on both ends.

The last week Ant has really struggled from the line

It's always something. One night it's turnovers, now it's FTAs. Would love to see him put together a complete game without any hiccups. I know I'm nit-picking!

Well 11 pt lead gone in 1 Q now down probably 5 (bucks are going to shoot FTs at buzzer)

Games like this is what I've been preaching about the value of Gobert. Sure we are not a great rebounding game with Gobert but now he is out and the bucks have 18 offensive rebounds through 3 Qs. Wolves guards don't provide anything in that terms (Ant brings it sometimes)

Wolves aren't going anywhere if they can't rebound. And unfortunately, that problem hasn't been fixed by the acquisition of Rudy Gobert.

....and of course the Bucks start making everything they put up. Just not going to get a break on this brutal road trip, dropping all 4 games. I was hoping they'd go 1-3. Sigh.
