Whew! The call is on the floor, not the shot. Otherwise, it would have been three shots at the line. Instead, it's two shots. SGA just hit his first. Then he threw it off the backboard without hitting the rim. So the Wolves just have to get the ball in. Nice bounce pass from Slo Mo to Edwards. Edwards misses his first free throw.

Anthony Edwards and Jaylen Nowell are both indescribably stupid in late game situations. They almost gave away the game because of poor shot selection. Thankfully, Austin Rivers of all people made the biggest shot of the night. And even then Ant left the door open at the very end by bricking those two free throws. Jesus.

Win by any means necessary, and I'm happy with a win, especially given the players missing for Minnesota, but goodness gracious. We have some low IQ guys.

Ant missed both of his free throws but thankfully OKC didn't get a good shot and the Wolves won. Wolves missed 11 free throws tonight.

But this was a really nice win by a banged up Wolves team. OKC isn't a bottom-feeder and they had their best players on the floor. As I mentioned before, this looked like the Wolves team we saw the second half of last season. It was a fun game to watch.

Over $100 million in salaries sitting in Gobert, KAT and DLO and Wolves finally overachieve. Time to trade these overpaid schlumps and build around Ant, McDaniels and Reid.

However.....Ant made that really clutch block against SGA and then threw the skip pass to Rivers that led to the made 3. We may not win without those two plays. He is such an instinctual player that can make home run plays, but also has some big misses in terms of judgment.

OKC had lost 4 straight and this game ended up being a toss-up in the end. It's not like we dominated the proceedings. It was a good win for the Wolves but I don't view it as a referendum on the guys not playing.

It's almost shocking at this point. The guy has a ring and actually played some meaningful minutes in the Bucks playoff run a couple years ago! You'd never believe it watching him play now.
