GDT: Minnesota at Cleveland

Post by Camden [enjin:6601484] »

Minnesota's favorited by 3.0 points at the moment. The Cavaliers when healthy have proven to be the better team, but Darius Garland is expected to miss tonight's game with a back injury. That should be enough to help the Wolves win, assuming they don't collectively slump offensively.

I'm hoping for some solid performances from the starting five. They've lost a bit of their magic over the last handful games going from one of the best five-man units in basketball to slightly getting outscored while they've been on the court. Minnesota can't afford to let that continue to happen. Tonight would be a great time to turn it around.

It looks like Rondo and LeVert are out also.

We can easily win or lose tonight. I am a bit surprised we are favored.

Cool, their top 3 PGs are out tonight, so they'll be starting something called Brandon Goodwin at the point. This is one we have to win.

I see. Well I'm going to lay the 3 points then.

Maybe go light, Cool...despite the Cavs missing all their playable PGs, they're still a very good home team and really tough to score on with the two mobile big guys. I like them a lot. It's a nice break for the Wolves to miss Garland and Levert, but it's a shame we don't get to see Garland.

Where does Cleveland get their scoring from tonight? Obviously, someone on their squad could get hot and we'd have a slugfest on our hands, but I struggle to see where they're going to get their points from. Minnesota should win this game being the healthier team.

Personally, I wouldn't touch him on a prop bet until he shows that he's back on track.
