But....The Clippers have been down 0-2 in the last two series. You can't count these guys out.

The Suns have won 9 in a row. Might as well hand them the title now. :)

It will be interesting to see if the series changes with either Leonard or Chris Paul retiring to their teams. Even without having to face Leonard the Suns wining these 2 games without Chris Paul is kind of impressive. I mean Cameron Payne!!! Payne is basically giving them what Chris Paul does in terms of production and his ability to set up guys has been pretty impressive. I'm looking forward to continue watching this series. Last night was less enjoyable than game 2 in terms of how fun it was to watch but it was highly entertaining even with all the fits and starts.

I was very wrong about Cameron Payne when I ripped him (and the Suns) for him being a rotation guy.

This does not look like the same player discarded by the Thunder, Bulls, Cavs, Raptors who was playing in the G League.

It's just so weird how every once in a while you get this late bloomer like Payne where something just clicks. I actually thought this may happen with Anthony Bennett, whereby he'd cycle through a couple teams, play overseas for a year or two, and then suddenly emerge as a really good player after a few years in the wilderness. Never happened of course.

Someone should start a thread of late bloomers. Cam Payne is an extreme example of a later bloomer. A less extreme, but still impressive example, is Chauncey Billups. Who are some others?
