OG Anunoby trade
Beasley, Naz, 19th pick for OG. Would you do it? I'm hesitant, but if we could pick up a big body like Nurkic I would be interested.

Only reason I wouldn't is he has problems staying healthy. Otherwise it would be a no brainer to be honest.

Minnesota makes this trade almost instantly as far as value goes. Toronto, on the other hand, is not interested in the slightest.
It's also worth noting the perception is that OG Anunoby could want out of Toronto to increase his role offensively. Is that something he'd get in Minnesota? I'm not so sure.

Yes, but Toronto would never do it.

Honestly I think we would have to consider McDaniels for OG or for a player of his ilk. I know how popular Jaden is around here so I wont say much more.

That would almost certainly be where conversations started-- probably in addition to the 19th overall pick. We also need to remember that OG Anunoby isn't even 25-years old yet. And he's signed for three more years under $20-million annually. I think the Raptors asking price would be high, and rightfully so.
Re: OG Anunoby trade
I just don't think there is a worthwhile trade for both sides and I have always opposed trading draft picks and youth for veterans. The Wolves need to find some gold in the draft themselves and draft the next Siakam, Anunoby and VanVleet. Hopefully, Connelly is the right man to unearth talent. I think when we look back at this draft, there will be some gems available at 19 and probably even some at 40. I'm excited for the upcoming draft as I definitely think this is a deep draft where we have an opportunity to add talent.

I think OG has been on our coveted list since the draft, and sure enough, he's turned out to be a real solid player. These big, strong wings that can hit the 3 are just incredibly valuable.
Is there actually any rumors about him being made available or is this just the type of wishful thinking we're all wont to do at times?

There are some rumors he wants out to have a bigger role offensively. What he wouldn't have here (he becomes a free agent during the new tv deal).

Is he the next Jeremi Grant who goes to a crappy team to have a bigger role? To some extent Grant did blossom in a bigger role but for what purpose? It looks like OG's game has taken off and he isn't just a good role player but is he really a top 2 offensive player on a pretty good team? Off the top of my head the Kings make some sense but idk what assets they have that would really make the a raptors actually consider making such a deal.
