Wishing you the very best and a speedy recovery Cool.
Do your PT is my only advice. I'm holding off on mine until I have enough free time to dedicate to the replacement...but everyone tells me I'm stupid to wait!!

Good luck, Cool! I have a friend I play tennis with and you'd never know he's had both knees replaced. You'll do great. So far I've avoided joint surgery. I have a torn meniscus in both knees, but so far I've gone with PRP injections with good results. I had hernia surgery last August. The pain after surgery was worse than I thought it would be and I was frustrated by how long it took me to get back to 100%. The key with any surgery is patience. Hang in there.

Best of luck Cool!
I've haven't had anything replaced yet, but know people who have gone through it. As Lip alludes to above, recovery isn't linear.

The good news is I ended up only needing a partial. They use a robot and basically replaced the inside half. So recovery should be easier and quicker. Pain hasn't been too bad so far. Enjoying the narcotics as best i can LOL. Thanks for Asking Leado, aiming to get the 2nd one done in November. Than watch out.

Glad to hear you are doing well and hoping for more great recovery. As for the narcotics my wife is hilarious when she has to take them. She gets high as a kite.

I guess I say some pretty borderline things when I'm coming out of surgery.

I could use my fouls up while letting someone rest.
