More reports today have came out saying OG is unhappy in his role and that is the same for multiple raptors players

Interesting info, kek. Perhaps there is actually a realistic opportunity for the Wolves to acquire Anunoby.

So what would it take to for the Wolves to acquire Anunoby from Toronto? I think the deal would need to include both Beasley and McDaniels. Not sure how much more, if anything, the Wolves would need to give up. And I'm not sure how much more, if anything, the Wolves should be willing to give up. And there's a question about whether the Wolves should consider giving up McDaniels to get Anunoby given McDaniels' upside and fit as well as Anunoby's durability issues.

YES. Do that deal. Instantly. We're hoping McDaniels becomes what Anunoby is right now.

The rub is I don't see Toronto doing that deal. I don't see why they'd be super hip on Beasley... and they're sure to get multiple offers from other teams for OG.

Some with picks. Some with players. Some with both...

[Note: Two of Anunoby's injures (appendectomy and broken finger) don't alarm me. The ACL tear (college), hip injury and series of other unfortunate injuries is a bit problematic, but not entirely alarming yet. He missed 26 total games his first three seasons. That's better than most.]

I wouldn't trade what would likely be required to acquire OG Anunoby, which I'm guessing would be at minimum Malik Beasley, Jaden McDaniels, and the 19th overall pick. That's too steep for me even though I like what Anunoby brings to the table.

I agree completely, Cam. I think you're right about what it would take minimally to get Anunoby and I agree that price is too steep for the Wolves considering what Anunoby brings to the table - including his durability issues. An ACL tear in college and a hip injury are both yellow flags to me.

I would love to add OG but if he is frustrated with his role in Toronto how would that be any different here. Love OG Though

That's a good point, kek. That concerns me. There's no question that our offense will run through a combination of KAT and Edwards going forward. With DLO in the mix, we have a third high-usage player. This Wolves team isn't the place for someone who wants an expanded offensive role.

Does anyone else getting the sense that OG just wants to be somewhere else for some reason in his mind kinda like Kawhi and Kyrie? I not gonna knock him for it exactly but it seems kinda weird. How many places can he go where he is gonna be a #2 guy? Heck Even If Portland traded for him maybe Simmons ascends and passes him up. OG is a good player and his career has progressed nicely. Like others I simply don't think it makes sense to give up the assets to get him.

Has OG actually said anything publicly?

Anunoby took the 4th most shots on the team per game. And rookie Barnes will definitely up his total next season, possibly at the expense of Anunoby... pushing him to the 5th most shots?
