Gonna play ourselves out of a top 5 pick. Talent wise, fully healthy all year we are a playoff team in the east. We are a tough team to play right now.

What? There are a total of 150 starting NBA positions, not remotely are all, or even many 1st round picks starting caliber players on a playoff team. I would bet the percentage of players drafted in the middle of the 1st round that are playoff starters is minute. Payne doesn't have to be the Wolves starting PF of the future to be a worthwhile addition to the team.

Damn fun indeed. He has been phenomenal since winning the mvp in the rook-soph game. Scored the game winning basket for an efficient 20pts then went toe to toe with harden for 30 and now putting up a show in the 3rd quarter.

The KG effect is in full effect this game. Love the Wolves attitude this game, particularly on the defensive end.

Also, all the screens Garnett throws, the great passing, and the passion he's showing for his teammates...it's all worth it.

Yes, the defense has been markedly better. The number of open paths to the rim have diminished immensely! We'll see if that can continue against other teams.

I don't wanna be the buzzkill, but this Wizards team is without Pierce and Beal. They're very much shorthanded.
