None of his issues are chronic (like Pek) or through wear and tear. Both of his injuries were through one-time events on specific plays.

But yeah, just really, really, really disappointed that we can't see him play with our current lineup. I'm having doubts as to whether he'll even come back this season, which would really suck.

Am I the only one that isnt worried about Ricky? That was a nasty freak ankle sprain. I think he should be fine.

I'm not worried. I did something very, very similar years ago when I came down on someone's foot after a rebound. I didn't have the benefit of around the clock therapy, and it took probably a year for it all to feel right again. Eventually he'll be fine. We just aren't used to waiting so long for what's characterized as a sprained ankle. If we had that information up front I don't think anyone would be questioning the situation.
