Thaddeus Young
I don't know much about him, but how would Shabazz's game compare to his? I'm thinking 2 SF's that play like a PF that have range to the 3. Would that be a correct statement?

Well, the biggest difference is that one player is really good and the other...not so much.

Young is incredibly underrated. He can play the 3 and 4. Very versatile. He is much more of a 4 than Shabazz. Besides last year, he has always been extremely efficient from the floor.
If Flip can turn Love into Wiggins, Young and picks that is one hell of a return, imo.

Re: Thaddeus Young
I get what you are asking, but these 2 guys just aren't very similar IMO. Young could be considered a "tweener", but in reality, he has the requisite size to play PF.....which is his more natural position. He has the same overhead reach of many of today's PF, including Love. On the plus side, he has the athleticism to actually guard both PF and SF, so he is a multi-position player if needed. Shabazz, on the other hand, has limitations all over the place. I think you are correct in that he plays more of a PF type game, but doesn't have the requisite size to actually play the position. And he is really too slow to guard anyone at the SF or SG spot. I believe this will be his downfall. He will probably enjoy some good shooting and scoring nights, but he may not see the court much with his defense deficiencies.

Yep. I don't even need to waste much effort on this question. Hicks hit it right on the head.

I suggested a while ago we trade for Young so if Flip can get those guys from the Cavs and get Young I'd be thrilled! I could even see the team being better next year with this move.

Anyone else think that we should move Shabazz if we get Wiggins and Young?

NO. He dosnt have much trade value right now. Play him and see if he is better than people think he is. If turns out to be bad then oh well he is cheap. If hes good keep him or trade him next trade deadline 2016
