Mo was huge in the second half. We were down 10 and had zero momentum. He sparked that big run that got us to within two. Made plays on both ends of the floor.

Thad had five steals last night, shooting the passing lanes and turning those TOs into fast break layups. That was also huge. Also played tight defense on Bosh the whole game. Someone needed to. Bennett was getting abused.

Can't ignore the fact that Thad has really come alive on the offensive end. But I've seen wheelchair athletes who are better rebounders.

I was a big fan of Whiteside coming out of College, knowing he would have been a project....which he still is. But size and athleticism and quickness off the ground via blocks and discrupting plays is natural for him. Would like to see if Miami would be willing to trade him.

This is the Thad that I fell in love with in Philly. He is playing with passion again and making good things happen. I'm impressed with how many tough finishes he gets around the basket and I loved how he ripped some boards away from Whiteside late.

Not to mention the guy puts his body on the line for his team. Dives for loose balls, taking charges (got some poor calls last night) and using that shoulder to finish on offense. Teammates to respond to things like that. I wonder what the Wolves locker room thinks about him.

Sounds like someone that is very close to useless!

Every player in the NBA just said "Yes we'd like to, but that kids a beast"

Just wondering but how high would you guys ranks Whiteside out of all NBA players? Top 20 talent? Something even bolder?

How does Whiteside not step in and let him know I just in-bounded the ball?
