Also great to see the comradery among our three talented youngsters tonight. Wiggins seemed to enjoy what Zach was doing more than he enjoyed his own success last night. Note that Zach didn't just stand out tonight as a dunker. He also played really well last night, showing his incredibly quick. Rust of speed and excellent ball handling along with a nice looking perimeter shot. He has all the tools.
We have the makings of something special with this team. Let's hope the rest will help get Wiggins back on track and that Zach's success this weekend will propel him forward the rest of the season.
Yes, I think our time is finally on the horizon. Now how are we going to mess this up?

Definitely and I'm starting to get off the drafting a wing bandwagon b/c we have Wiggins, Bazz & Lavine. I'm starting to think PF/C or bust.
Thanks Tim that is great. I'm struck by the shear power of that 2nd dunk. I've been watching the replay of the TNT broadcast and I can't get enough of the reactions of the announcers (Jet, Reggie), players (especially Wiggins), and fans after that dunk. So much fun.
Lavine also showed why the dunk contest has been amazing. Every couple of years they discuss how stale it is and whether or not it should even happen becuase you just assume that every dunk has been done. And then someone comes along and does something totally new and totally amazing. No more talking about getting rid of the dunk contest media, yes it has off years but the magic will come eventually.
I keep watching this dunk contest over and over and I can't get through it without getting emotional. The reactions of the Jet and Reggie along with the NBA all stars sitting around the floor are awesome.
Maybe it's the decades of frustration as a Wolves fan, but it's special to have the Wolves on center stage like this.

Cocktail emotion? Or pure, honest emotion?
The real stuff man. We just don't get these opportunities to shine every day.
