I was actually incredibly impressed with our defense. Hell, even Martin was getting after it on D. While it's disappointing Pek missed that bunny, I was still trying to process how the hell we didn't get run out of the gym with their shooters at that point. The fact we were even in was....shocking.

I guess I am in a different camp. Would I like to see Wiggins explode on the scene? Sure. But it will come. And give Golden State credit for taking Wiggins out of the game. It's something Wiggins will learn how to handle in the future, but he's gotta experience it first.

The win would have been nice, but I am still encouraged at how well we competed. And that's with Rubio still on a minutes limit. I suspect Payne may bump Bennett out of the rotation pretty quick. Well, unless Young is traded! :)

Wiggins needs to strengthen his hands, if there is such a thing. He has a lot of loose balls squirt out too easily. It's one of those things you don't really think about when looking at players, but it's kinda been an issue with him all year. As J-Pete says, he still hasn't developed his "man strength" yet.

Draymond Green on the other hand, wow. That guy has unbelievable hands, both in terms of strength and quickness.

Bingo, they were just awful tonight. And seeing Budinger trudge out there was about as depressing as it gets.

Gorgui looks like a clown lately. Like he's never played basketball before.

Our starting five killed theirs tonight. All positives in +/- (even though I don't like that stat). Wow are bench was awful, though. Our 14 points to their 34. Big swing.

Yeah, Wiggins has played more minutes and had more shot attempts than any other player on the Timberwolves this year, so it's not like he hasn't been in the spotlight - he's definitely had a chance to develop his scoring game. I like the idea of having him learn how to play more off the ball and be a complementary piece of the puzzle. It will help his all-around game in the long run and make him even better when he eventually is our #1 or #2 guy someday.

Did wiggins even play tonight, I didn't even notice

If you would have focused on the coffin corners on each side of the court, you might have caught a glimpse of him from time to time.

Yeah, the difference between him and Pek is gaping. He was the "brand new thing" last season when Pek went down and he was surprisingly productive in his place, but the more I watch him, the less I like him

The thing is Andrew has big hands. Not sure why he can't hang on easier. But personally, he's the last person I would be blaming for this loss.

I thought I heard our broadcast team say that Wiggins had played the most minutes in the NBA since January 1st. Can anyone confirm or deny that? Perhaps I heard incorrectly? If that's true, wow, Flip needs to pull him back a bit.
