I think he'd be a project for sure so I don't know if he's the answer for the Wolves. Seems like another boom or bust pick

WCS has flags to me. Basically he was out played by Noel, Embid, and slightly by Towns. After 3 years in college his offense is still pretty limited. He was worse last year then as a freshmen. He is playing only a minute more a game now then as a freshmen. His FG% is at all time low taking only one more shot a game. Blocks are down over 1 a game.

He will be 22 when he enters the league. I think he is looking like Dieng lite to me in ways, but not as good of rebounder or passer. Just my thoughts about him.

You guys are counting your chickens before they hatch...

As our guys come back from injury the wins will start to accumulate. I just hope we don't climb out of the bottom 10 so keep our pick!

If Pek, Martin, and Thad go on a roll before the trade deadline and they generate trade value do we trade them? More importantly does Flip trade them?

I'd like to see us trade that pick as I'm predicting like Tim, we'll be in the 6-10 range. I think we need another 3-5 year vet on this team to play PF as I'm hoping Thad will be gone. I see AB as the backup again next year but I'm hoping Flip can someone bring in a good starting PF.

Who are the vet options that would fit and make sense?

0% chance Flip trades a top-10 pick this summer. He knows how big another young piece could be for the future of this team. Not to mention, what PF are you wanting that's available for a top-10 pick? Taj Gibson? Ryan Anderson? I just don't see a guy that I'd throw that pick for.

Even if the bigs are gone by our pick, wherever it may be, we could still use a wing as Budinger's just another warm body, Martin could be dealt, LaVine's super raw and we haven't seen much from Robinson. If Stanley Johnson was there at 6-10, I don't see how we pass him up. And I'd much rather have 19-year old Stanley over a late 20s/early 30s power forward.
