When he leaves for a nother team all u guys will turn on him and call him too nice, soft ,injury prone, worst shooter of all time etc... opinions you all bury deep inside until said player breaks ur heart and leaves for greener pastures .

Aint true pork. Kg gets bashed because of his attitude and not his play. Make a poll here and it will be a unanimous vote that kg is the best wolf of all time and it was the front office incompetence that lead kg wasting his prime years here.

Love gets bashed by some because of his attitude as well. But there are others like me who continue to praise love and see him as a great player. Is his attitude ideal? No, but if you tell me we can somehow him back or get him back for anyone from the roster aside from rubio and wiggins and i will gladly have him back.

I always thought KGs "attitude" was just his passion for the game . I also think it's Kgs way of showing his teamates he's all in for his team. He'll play the bad guy rOle if he thinks it will inspire the play of those around him. He's always been known for his loyalty which to me certainly is no character flaw. I just don't see an issue with showing emotion and different personalities on the court. These guys are human by the way , not robots.

No disagreement here pork. Different strokes for different people. We all have different attitude and personalities so we take to players differently.

My main point here is that kg and love's basketball skills and play are not the reason why some turn on them once they leave town. Its more of the attitude and that is subjective to each person. Thats why I dont see how the guys that love wiggins game will suddenly turn on his game once he leaves town as your post suggest. Attitude makes the difference and that is subjective.

I think fans will turn on them for whatever reason they can conjure up. I don't remember many complaints about KG and Love while they were here giving the fans a team worth watching . The complaints came conveniently after they were gone. One minute the guys a "top five" player in the league, the next he's a shitty defender with with a bad tude or what have you.

Disagree a bit.

I made a quip about Garnett, but most would probably think I'm a KG apologist most of the time. Truth be told, very few NBA guys want to fight. Many do the "hold me back" thing so they don't have to fight. Garnett has been doing that move for about 15 years. It was silly then... still silly now.

As for Love, let's not forget that he wasn't exactly revered by some when he was here. I remember trying to stick up for him when he'd go for 32 and 14, but would receive more criticism than Rubio who went for 4 and 6 in the same game.

As for Garnett the jerk. Yeah. So what. Truth be told, there are probably very few NBA players I'd actually want anything to do with in real life.

[Note: I'm willing to bet very few NBA players can (or want) to fight. Think about it. They've been catered to since they were about 10 years old. They were always bigger than most other people. And they were definitely more revered and hence, protected. Do you think most really needed to fight for survival? Sure, they grew up in some pretty rough areas sometimes, but most also spent a helluva lot of time in gyms and on courts where their games set them apart from the thugs on the corner. When you're practicing basketball for thousands of hours, you might not have much time to fight.]

There was enough complaint about Love for his lack of defensive effort, complaining about calls while not getting back on D, and things along those lines. Granted in my opinion those complaints are not enough to cause me to not want him on the team. I think it would be hilarious if he somehow came back in FA, but I think it's very unlikely.
