Pick your ROY
I'm going with Cody Zellar. I think he will get the minutes and as long as Jefferson doesn't hog the ball to much he will get enough touches.

Re: Pick your ROY
I'm thinking it will be Oladipo. He will be given every opportunity to excel, the one thing I am concerned is the Magic will not win enough games to boost his stock. If Orlando can allow him to play multiple positions, he will be a shoe-in. I am not sure Zeller will be strong enough and healthy enough to be Rookie of the year, I agree...he is going to be good..but he is needing some serious muscle addition if he is going to play all year.

I think Oladipo wins it easily. He's going to get big minutes on a pretty bad team so unless he gets injured or just flops he wins it.

I'm going to agree with Oladipo on this one. Maybe a guy like Bennett or Zeller can push into that conversation, but it seems like their adjustment to the pro game will be more of a struggle than O's.

I'm going with my guy Dipo as well. I think he's going to be one hell of a player.
Sleeper: Kelly Olynyk. Wasn't high on him pre-draft, but I liked what I saw during SL.

Beat me to it. Camden...those two (VO and Olynyk) are my best guess for ROY followed by Zeller. I think all three will put up good first year numbers.
Wild card is Anthony Bennett. He was very impressive at UNLV and should benefit playing with Irving. But we didn't get a chance to see him in Summer League, so we have no idea how big a jump the NBA will be for him

I think its a really wide open race. NBA.com rates the 4 top favorites as Olynyk, Zeller, McCollum and Oladipo. I pretty much agree with that list and I'd add KCP and Dennis Schroeder as my sleeper picks.

Schroeder won't get enough minutes to even be in the convo. Teague takes most of the minutes in ATL.

That's why I picked him as a sleeper (not as a favorite), but you never know how a season plays out. Teague might get injured or Schroeder might impress enough to get rotation minutes. VO may not start either yet many on this board are picking him.
