Who would want Pek?

I heard someone mention a Omer Asik S&T deal, but why would the Rockets want him. I just don't see any logical fits for him. Any ideas?

I think only Dallas on that list would consider Pek. The rest are rebuilding and have other options.

As it stands right now, only OUR Timberwolves want Pek as a No. 1 center. That is hard for many Wolves fans to swallow, but it is an NBA truth. Still, Saunders has the upper hand. If Pek elects to sign the RFA deal at, what, $6M, he will really get scalded next season when he throws his name in the big hat. There won't be many coming around with a $12.5M offer.

It seems very much so we would be bidding against ourselves at this point which is stupidity at its finest. Someone offers him something amazing then see but why offer even 12 million I dont understand.

Boston is going young and has young centers there, Dallas signed Dally, Det has Drummond, TOR has Valanciunas. I don't think any of those teams has much interest especially if they have to shell out Pek's asking price.
