I watched the press conference yesterday. Mauer certainly is a class act. He was not perfect, but it looks like he got the most out of his talent.

Anyone see the retirement of Joe's number in person or watch the replay?
I saw the replay, but after being at his last game it felt like a lot of repeating. They might have been better off giving it a year or 2.

Didn't know Joe pitched in those series??? And this coming from anti Joe guy. Career playoff numbers .286 batting average .341 on-base percentage. Not his fault the team never went after an Ace to pair with Santana.
