Grant is likely staying in Denver and if not, more established teams can match or beat the Wolves in terms of money. Harris will have many suitors as well. So, I don't expect either to be an option for the Wolves. The other three are probably attainable, though, Justin may prefer to stay with Indiana and his brother, unless the Wolves offered substantially more money or opportunity. GR3 looked decent while at GS getting consistent minutes, but then got traded to Philly in a salary cap move where he rotted again on the bench. He plays well off the ball and in a defined role with consistent minutes. I'd be ok with signing him, if better alternatives aren't available. I am not sure I have any interest in MKG.

I would consider Christian Wood, though Detroit probably resigns him. I would take a flyer on Bruno Caboclo for a minimum deal. Most games I have seen Caboclo gets minutes, he impresses me with his defensive tenacity (he has a 7'7 wingspan) and he can shoot the three.

I'd see if we could find a way to get Thon Maker from Detroit to be our backup big. He's still young, can hit 3's at a rate that I think could be reasonably improved to be a threat from 3 that has to be accounted for and he has defensive potential. He barely played for Detroit last year so I'd be curious what it would take to get him. He's also a restricted free agent so I wonder how much they are looking to match up to.

I like Nerlens Noel, but I doubt Rosas has any interest.

Harry Giles is a bit intriguing, if he checks out physically.

Moe Harkless is probably available. Should we have an interest?

I'd have mild interest, but he's another guy that's more valuable on a contender. Asking him to do too much would make him less productive, I think.

Sign me up for Bruno if he is cheap.

Depends on the price. I think he would be useful on this team. He would give them an actual defensive 3/4 guy that has played for some good teams including playing for Vanterpool which doesn't hurt.

I believe that MKG has retired from the NBA. Signing Glen Robinson III would be a homecoming since the Wolves were the team that drafted him. I like Justin Holiday.

I agree that Grant and Harris will likely cost more than the MLE. And of course, we won't get a discount for warm weather, exciting night life or championship contention.

Marvin Williams was the guy who retired, not Kidd-Gilchrist.
