The above is unvalidated and definitely just a rumor at this point, but this would be a valid reason for dismissing him, in my opinion. You can't have that running your organization. I'd like to hope none of that is true, but we've seen crazier things.

What's the source for that information? If true, this makes sense. But we need to try to verify rumors before drawing any conclusions.

What's crazier... is that it wasn't the first time he tweeted something about it.

July 29 -- "Heard Rosas is close with his executive assistant and Gupta has seen the goods. Weirdest team ever."
August 5 -- "Rosas gonna be fired due to executive assistant fun."

WCCO's Mike Max says based on conversations, Rosas is out for two reasons: a culture he created that allegedly was toxic, and for an "inappropriate relationship" inside the organization.

People inside the organization have been put off by him at times, and the latest issue to surface was seemingly the final straw. One other employee of the team also left abruptly Wednesday.

I'm guessing the other employee who left abruptly was Bri Bauer.
