McDaniels +2, Edwards only-4
Edwards has been ass tonight thus far and McDaniels has been meh. It is what it is.
What's your solution Cam?
I'd start by putting less responsibility on 19 and 20 year olds. There's really no reason for Anthony Edwards to lead the team in shot attempts, especially when he's running cold, and McDaniels was settling in just fine off the bench. I wouldn't have started him where he's forced to play against better players.
So who's going to shoot and how do you make up for Jaden's defensive chops?

Thanks for the box score update. They're also 7-27 and 3-11 from 3. Glad Finch found ways to hide their deficiencies tonight
What's your solution?
Getting in KAT's ear to shoot more than the rookies, and get the rookies to know their place on offense in spite of their significant potential.
Yeah, KAT needs to take way more than 12 shots. Some of that is on him though. He looks tired to me tonight. Who knows...maybe the Covid hangover is impacting him on a back to back. He also passed up a lot of shots at the top of the key when he seemed worried about Ayton's contest. Very efficient 24 points, but he needs more shots.

I think KAT does bear a lot of the responsibility. He should not be deferring to anyone offensively. Especially with where we are at now.

Karl-Anthony Towns is still wearing a Wolves uniform. Jaylen Nowell is plenty capable of handling more of an offensive workload. The idea is to spread it out amongst the rest of the guys so that it doesn't fall on one player. Anthony Edwards isn't good enough yet to play his brand of basketball.
And I'll reserve further comments about Jaden McDaniels because I see him very differently than you do. I don't think he's that good right now, which is okay. And I don't expect him to be.

That's because you don't understand that points against have the same impact as points for.
Edwards had a couple nice games, but he's atrocious tonight. He shouldn't be leading the team in shots by a wide margin when he's that cold. Where is the tough love when you need it?
