"As someone who is openly biased against one point guard, allow me to create a wild narrative pertaining to those that prefer his game over another and I'll label it as objectivity... even though the words I'm typing are undoubtedly subjective."

That's more like it...

Wild narrative? How stupid do you think we are? Your transparency is amazing.

"The staunch DLO supporters are terrified of any Rubio success because of how it might affect DLO's standing with the team and his minutes."

Respectfully, what the fuck are you talking about? I don't think you're stupid, Cool -- far from it -- but that rant you considered objectivity was illogical. Those that view D'Angelo Russell positively aren't concerned about his standing with the team nor his minutes because he's the best option at point guard by a considerable margin. Minnesota also has more invested into the 25-year old Russell than the soon-to-be 31-year old Rubio and they will give him every possible chance to succeed before moving on from him or else executives will be fired and replaced. I understand all of this. This is a smart board for the most part and I expect everyone to understand all of this. Therefore, there is absolutely no reason to be "terrified" of Rubio's play one way or the other. Either you were talking out of your ass or you must have more you'd like to add because it's just not adding up.

If great play by Rubio amounted to TWolves wins I would be terrified. But not because of the impact on DLo. I would be terrified because it was a clear sign of the apocalypse.

While Robson isn't the most favorable comparison... it's better than the "I thought you were a girl" comment I got last week.

I think.

It was more because he was on the Rubio Dlo Civil war early too. I'm sure otherwise you've got him beat on a number of levels. Although the crusty Wolves takes seem to be a point of convergence for the two of you.

Yeah. I've seen that guy get cranky when readers disagree with what he wrote.

One difference is that I try to steer away from overtly esoteric verbiage.

Most of the time.

Cam, I really don't have a dog in the fight. I don't care which one plays over the other. I care about wins and losses. I will add that I disagree regarding the considerable margin you mention between the two. I'd start Russell but I think you can have a legitimate argument either way.
