It adds up, Q. The stat is flawed in its construction and its usage. More data or sample size doesn't correct that. And yes, we do have contributors here that look at the box score every game and place significance in that category. Minnesota's not winning this game without Vando and he very well could be a "negative" when the clock hits 0:00.

I think it can be useful in a time-adjusted comparison for when a player is on/off the court. I remember many years ago, the Knicks were something like a -0.2 with Stephon Marbury on the court per 48, but -9.8 per 48 with him off the court, so he had one of the highest differentials in the league, despite being a negative.
