Giannis still got his, but boy he had to work for them. At one point, he was visibly exhausted and leaning against the broadcast table. Great game for Vando. Hopefully this is his role moving forward.

As for Okogie, I hope he's used as a spark on off nights or situational perimeter defender moving forward. This team did not miss him tonight. On the contrary, I think they benefited from him being on the bench.

I agree that we likely saw what should be our starting lineup going forward. Vando was huge in this game.

As for Okogie, not sure what's up there. Prince has been useless as far as I'm concerned, although I suppose his reputation as a shooter precedes him so even if he's not hitting shots for us, he's spacing the floor. Just so frustrating seeing him and Beasley - two alleged great shooters - continue to struggle. Hell, we're celebrating Beasley's shot tonight and he was still not that great.

I look at it similarly, but with one addition. Minnesota was awesome tonight and they got little to nothing from Malik Beasley and Taurean Prince. I don't expect them to brick all year, though. They'll come up big in due time.

Beverley was such a huge get, I don't think we are 3-1 without him. Maybe 1-3.

What else can you attest this new Wolves defense too? Give Finch some credit as well, I remember him in the offseason talking up defense and the focus he would put on it.

We just needed a dog on defense and in practice to juice the team up. Bev I think has made a big difference.

You can't not compete at both ends when Beverly is on the team. It was a fantastic trade.

Bev is definitely a big part of it, but there is no question that scheme is making a big difference too and that is indeed coming from the coach.

I'll take that game form Dlo every time. Enjoyed watching him tonight.

I just finished the game, was a bit behind, did anyone see Kat's post game interview with Marnie?!?

I did and I wasn't thrilled with his response. I'm choosing to overlook it, but I wish he would have just owned up to his past mistakes and left it at that.

Not sure I want to see it...probably would just roll my eyes.

As for what he's been doing on the court, he has been without question our best player in this young season and we're 3-1. He's doing his part on both ends.

KAT totally dominated the 3rd and kept us rolling. I am still dumbfounded that he refuses to shoot in the final 5 minutes of a game but KAT was great. And not a single bitching episode at the refs.

Can you share what he said?

After the Wolves were acting like Iran after their loss to the Dream Team. I thought Ant was going to ask for autographs.
