That's great that Josh was a team-leading +11, although he only played 16 minutes. It's kind of telling that on a night where Nigeria made an amazing 20 out of 42 3-pointers, our guy went 0-3. Still, good to hear a positive report about his D.

I finally watched the highlights. Great win for Nigeria. Okogie was a +11 as others mentioned but it was only in 16 minutes of action, so the team clearly played really well in the short stints he was out there. However, he was not on the floor when Nigeria closed things out. Not sure if it's because of his poor outside shooting or because it was an exhibition and coach Brown was just spreading the minutes. Either way, until Okogie proves he can hit a wide open 3, his minutes with the Wolves will be limited to a bench wing role or may be only spot minutes for situational defensive needs only.

He is a corner 3 away from being our version of PJ Tucker! Don't see it happening though.....

Nigeria blows out Argentina in a exhibition today. Odds are now 5-1 to win the group. I got them at 50-1. I've never felt so smart before anything has happened

Love it...nice wager, kek!

I haven't seen the box score, but Josh was the second highest scorer behind Okafor. Argentina is now 0-2 after also losing to a Simmons-less Aussie team. I haven't seen any box scores so I wonder how Bolmaro is doing.

Well, he was a team-worst -8 in only 13 minutes of play, LOL. Classic!

I watched some of the highlights. Australia looked like a finely tuned machine with their off ball movement and motion.

Nigeria appears to be the real deal. That's a bunch of length, athleticism, and skill from what I could tell watching some highlights. I mean, they appeared to just overwhelm a very good Argentina team.

And I don't know if it's the uniform or the other players relative to Josh, but Okogie looks like a linebacker out there.

Is anyone privately rooting against our squad? Hard to back a group of guys that just last year wore jerseys letting fans know that they felt oppressed by them.

No. I'm able to live above political and social partisan nonsense and enjoy the game of basketball for what it is...

I have next-to-nothing in common with most NBA players anyway. If I only rooted for athletes who believed in what I believe in... sports fandom would largely be obsolete for me.
