But tonight was the worst and dumbest display from a sporting organization I have ever witness. I'm embarrassed to call myself a Wolves fan. We scored 12 points in the 2nd quarter and we score 12 points in 4th quarter. That is simply inexcusable. Home court advantage lost and also probably half the fan base.

I'm going to run out of likes for a game I didn't like!

He deserves some blame as HC, it's up to him to settle the team down and refocus them, and he failed miserably there.

Barkley: "That was embarrassing for basketball"! LOL

THIS is what it means to be a Timberwolves fan.
How they lost is inexcusable.

1. Towns is a gifted talent. But he's the only 26-year old All Star player in NBA history who still doesn't know what is or is not a foul. It's a problem (as I'm sure most of you have mentioned... I haven't read the thread yet.) His lack of composure limits who he is as a player and how good the team can be.

2. The Wolves were up 83 - 62 with 47 seconds left in the 3rd quarter. Scottie Pippen had a clear dunk... Jaden McDaniels dropped the ball. Then, Jaden McDaniels fouled. Then, he didn't box out on a free throw. Then, he threw a pass 7th graders would be embarrassed to throw. Then, he fouled again. It was an embarrassing 50 seconds for the second coming of Scottie Pippen. It very much changed momentum. The Wolves were lucky to enter the 4th still up 16.

3. Anthony Edwards has no problem taking bad shots. He said so after the embarrassing Game 2 loss. Well...

4. Anthony Towns is one of the most gifted offensive talents in the NBA. Arguably one of the best big man shooters in NBA history. He took 4 shots. He has 11 shots combined in the past two games. He's shooting 64%. The rest of the team is at 38%. YES. Part of this is on Towns. And a lot of this is on his teammates. And coaches. It's inexcusable.

5. This is very Timberwolvesian.

Yeah, this was such a crushing defeat....tough to see us putting up much of a fight on Saturday. Perhaps we come out strong in Q1, but after two halves of epic self-immolation, it's hard to see us being able to sustain anything. The rest is kind of academic at this point. Enjoy the Bud Lights!
