That first quarter was so much fun to watch. Best playoff series so far. My positive take away is that I believe Ant to be the superior player to Morant right now. And has a higher ceiling going forward. Will it ever just click for Kat?
Look forward to next season.

Prepping myself for some devestating offseason developments!

Hey, hopefully we'll bring in a permanent gm that is allowed to make moves. I think we're gonna see jaden make a huge jump next year.

Here are the questions this offseason.

What to do with Dlo?

Do you bring back Prince?

What do you do with #19, 3 2nds and Beasley contract.

Do you decline Naz and Nowell option this year making them RFA or accept the their team option but they become UFA in 2023.

They have the full MLE. What is about 11 million a year to use in FA

I bring back prince on a reasonable deal.

I like Beas but open to moving him in the right deal, or keeping him.

I decline or trade naz and get nowell signed to a reasonable extension.

MLE for a someone like a Bobby portis, that's the type of player we need next to towns. I know we're not getting portis, but theres probably some pretty good options in that mold. Also, I'm fine trading any and all draft picks for the right guys... no martell Webster trades, but if the value is there fire away.

Memphis played like a team even in crunch time.
Morant was always going to attack but the rest of the team move off the ball, they make cuts and screen and relocate to open spots and they just executed.

We on the other hand, rely on iso ball,
have minimal
off ball movements and makes the wrong decisions and
reads everytime.

No matter how bad it seems, just remember, at least we don't have the Vikings future. What a moron that GM is.

Ant, mcdaniels and kat are the only 3 players I have on the must keep list.

Not sure I can take another season of KAT flailing, stomping around, falling down, and crying for 82 games.

In answer to your question:

*Keep DLO. He is what he is. 30 mil expiring isn't a bad chip to have come trade deadline. Resign him and cut 10 mil off his salary a year. No ones paying him more anyways

*Resign Prince. We've missed his intensity and 3pt shooting. Play him at the 3, occasional small ball 4. 3 year 27 mil (3 year team option)

*I'd look to move the #19 in conjunction with Beasley and Leandro Bolmaro for Myles Turner. We desperately need another big body, and one specifically who can rebound, block shots and stretch the floor.

*Get a multi year deal done with Nowell. Keep the 3 J's around (Jaden, Jalen and Jordan). Nowell gets Beasley's minutes.

*Pick up Naz's qualifying offer making him a UFA the following year.

*Use MLE to fill out roster. Resign Okogie to vet min, use as situational defensive guy.

C - Towns / Reid
PF - Turner / Vanderbilt
SF - McDaniels / Prince / Okogie
SG - Edwards / Nowell
PG - Russell / Beverley / McLaughlin

I want to thank the board for letting me contribute this year to wolves chatter it was a lot of fun. I unfortunately had some family matter stuff that prevented me from posting these last two games.

Looking forward to the Ant Era!
