OKC pick

Post by Duke13 »

Anyone know the protection placed on this pick? I thought it was lottery protected. This could turn into a very nice pick if they finish around .500.

Here you go. There will be a worthwhile player available at that spot it's just whether we can select the right guy and develop them.

"2018 -- Owe first-rounder (lottery protected through 2020, otherwise converts to second-rounders in 2020 and 2021) to Minnesota Timberwolves (Enes Kanter, Ricky Rubio)."

Good post. Of course they have plenty of time to figure things out. But I was one of the few who was skeptical about this combination of players, especially Melo. Would be great to get a pick in the teens.
