Still giving up 54% shooting....I love how we dominated that 2nd quarter on offense, but jeez, can we ever hold a team to less than 45% shooting?

Have a feeling he will be out of the rotation by the end of the year.

Yeah, he really doesn't have a role on this team. Ideally we'd have either a wing defender or another 3-point shooter in that spot, but he is neither. We certainly don't need a wing scorer that can only do damage when within 10 feet of the rim. Spacing.....

I don't know if that guy is MGH or a trade but if we stick around (what is a big if) I could easily see thibs packaging Cole and the OKC pick to add a more established wing

I heard the conversation between those 2 a few possessions after the tech and the red said I can't cuss at you you can't cuss at me and Howard just kept going at him. I'm not sure what he was so upset about Howard was mugging Towns and credit to Towns for being the guy that came out good on all that stuff. Also Howard is absolutely massive.

KAT obviously flopped on that one play. I don't blame Howard for being upset. That being said, there was a no-call on the other end where you are right, KAT got mugged and nothing was called.

He struggled like this last year and found himself 20 games in. Like last year he hasn't been a liability on the defensive end most games and that helps. I'm a Bazz guy but there is no doubt he hasn't been very useful so far. Jon K and Jim Peterson discussed on the latest podcast they think he has put a lot of pressure on himself to start the season and that might be part of the problem. Plus like you said his strengths aren't really what they need. It will take some time I think he can still end up being useful. We will see. Right now unless they add someone else or play a younger player they don't really have other options.

Yup, no doubt. We are in deep crap if Butler or Wig go down for a lengthy time period.

During halftime warmups Howard just went over to Thib who was sitting there by himself on the bench with a whiteboard or something and chatted with them and both were laughing.
