Towns looks much better jumping out in the PnR coverage rather than hanging back in no mans land. Little things like that will go a long way towards improving his defense and our team defense as a whole.

Wiggins taking his patented two-dribble contested long 2s. Managed to bank one in though! Just terrible shots.

The bench was on fire though, thank goodness. Only KAT played huge minutes in that first half. He was outstanding.

Belly got his 15 minutes all in the first half and good things happened! It'd be real nice to see him getting 20-25 minutes each and every game!

Agreed. He should really be out there for 20-25 minutes per game. I'm still a little skeptical he can handle some of the tougher starting frontline defensive assignments as well as Taj, but he definitely deserves more minutes.

I think it's clear he won't be as good defensively as Taj, but his offense can help offset that. His 3-ball would help with spacing at the very least, and his defense appears to be sufficient if not great.

Bjelly comes off the bench, and voila!, we go on a mini-run. (OK, it wasn't all him).

WTF is wrong with Butler's shot!? Why does this always happen to us? This guy was one of the premier scorers in the game last year and now he can't make anything! I know he was never a pure jump shooter, but jeebus, he is missing way too many shots he made last year!

And Wiggins is Wiggins.....Hopefully one of these two guys comes up big in the 4th.

'bout time they called a travel! Bjelly hardly has to move his pivot foot and the whistle blows, but San Antonio does it about 10 times before the refs finally get tired of Thibs yelling "Walk! Walk!"
