Well, that means the Wolves are going to re-sign him because there isn't another team in the League that would give him anything close to MLE money. I remembers when David Kahn gave Darko $5 million per year guaranteed for 4 years. Of course, there wasn't another executive in the entire NBA who was even interested in signing Darko at any price. I'm still debating whether Rosas is the second coming of David Kahn. If what you're predicting comes to pass, then I'll know for sure.

At this point the way some teams are spending I could see some other dumb team throwing money at Juancho. I thought that might happen weeks and months ago even before some guys got nearly double what I thought they would get this offseason. The spending from some of these teams is mind boggling to me.

We need to balance the roster. We have too many guards that need minutes to develop and I dont want to see a 4 guard lineup with edwards and okogie as the 4.
Do you mean 10-12 million total for 3 years? I'd do that.
I mean per year. if that happens then Ive lost faith in rosas
I'm on board with you all that am concerned about the Hernangomez potential re-signing at above his worth to this team (given what I saw last year). I'd prefer we let him walk, but it sounds like they indicated earlier this offseason they'd like to keep him.
I don't think we should pay Juancho a dime more than his $4.6 qualifying offer. Juancho can accept that offer any time on a 1-year deal unless the Wolves withdraw it. Otherwise, I'd wait to see what, if any, offers he gets. I'd be willing to match an offer on number of years, but I'd let him walk if the offer starts at anything higher than $4.6M.

Yeah that would be a massive overpay. I don't think the Wolves will go that crazy for Juancho...I hope.
