Rubio and DLO will miss some time this year, so I expect J-Mac to be an important part of our depth.
Our 3rd team guys are good! J-Mac, Reid, Nowell, Vandy....If this season becomes a war of attrition, I like our chances!
IMO Vanderbilt doesn't look ready for any legit minutes. Hagans might be more ready if he had to play.
Edit: I agree with your point that this team might have a nice amount of depth of talent.

I like how you tried to sneak Vanderbilt in there.
Not on my watch, Q.
He sucks balls. Apologies for the harsh, but entirely accurate, assessment.

This is as deep a Wolves team as I've seen in a long time if ever. I don't want to go overboard, but we're deep not just in numbers but in talent. Those 3rd-team guys you mentioned are talented. JMac and Reid have already shown they can compete effectively at the NBA ready. I think Nowell is at level as well. I know many of us like to give you a hard time for your man-crush on Vanderbilt, but he's really talented as a rebounder and defender. I don't know if there's an offensive game in that body or not.

Who knows because stars win in the NBA obviously but for a team that will be capped out for the future Rosas needs to keep hitting on young talented cheap talent and it at least looks like we have Jmac and Reid who can legit play NBA minutes now (I want to say Nowell and Im intriqued but he still isn't hitting 3s when starting level players are in) and a X-factor in McDaniels and at least Vanderbilt for all his faults has a NBA skill set in rebounding. For a franchise who has never had good had good under the radar talent it seems like Rosas hit on 2 guys for sure and another 2 could legit be something. It is a big positive for Rosas as the GM.
In the End Rosas will be judged on his trades and Edwards/Culver picks but so far Im liking what he has done on the margins as the GM

He's a pure energy/defense/rebounder type and that's his lane. I still think there is a role for him, but yeah, he has not looked like the most refined prospect out there this pre-season and this is Year 3, so he's running out of time.
Kind of a fun video of a couple guys trading like an NBA player Jordon McLaughlin. It seemed that McLaughlin assumed he was playing for the Wolves this year.
