I went with Murrary based on Lips report and the pre draft press conference on how much they used the word shooting. This team neads 3pt shooting so badly.

I will not be upset if we go with Murray when both Dunn and Bender are off the board. I heard Calipari talk about Murray shooting 3s both left and right handed today...

So, if he hits 20% of them right handed... and 20% of them left handed... 40%?

I actually don't have a problem with Murray. Or Hield. Or Dunn. Or trading the pick.

Voting for Dunn here.

A new thread after the #3 pick or even after the #3 and #4 picks are done would be interesting. #1 and #2 are seemingly locked in, while #3-#7 are a crapshoot.

I voted Murray. I'm so split between Murray and Bender though. I think that Bender would be awesome next to KAT if he does in fact live up to his potential, but that would probably be 2-3 years from now. Murray would be able to come off the bench immediately and provide 3 point scoring which is something we desperately need, so that is what tips the scale for me.

I'm so excited to see how the draft turns out!

Don't forget the smoke screening that could be going on. A lot of the time when a team says they need something it's just to throw off the scent. Saying they want shooting could mean that they are really interested in one of the bigs. OR it could just mean they really want shooting. I don't know

Or it's reverse psychology and they really want what they said they want, but they think no one would believe them!

I wonder what the rumor-to-actually-happens ratio is....something like 10:1 I think this time of year.

From WOJ. And I agree. Dunn first choice. Hield second. And if both are off the board, Bender.

Adrian Wojnarowski ?@WojVerticalNBA 7m7 minutes ago
If Kris Dunn's gone at No. 5, Minnesota's Tom Thibodeau has Oklahoma's Buddy Hield next up on Wolves' board, sources tell @TheVertical.

[Edit: of course, this would be an obvious smoke screen, wouldn't it? ]

Maybe it's a McHale smoke screen. Where he just tells everyone exactly who he will take a month before the draft.
