What made it "funny" is that it was a total flop by James Harden. It goes back to what I was saying about Houston earlier in the week. They purposely put undersized guys like Harden and Tucker against centers in the post... and then those guys play the pesky "lil" guy pushing and shoving and holding the oversized centers without foul calls... only to flop when there's any retaliation.
Fortunately, Utah won by about 30. So yeah... F Houston. But it's just such a weaselly way to play basketball -- and will rear its ugly head many many many more times this season.
Abe, I thought Rudy deserved the second foul, and silly to react the way he did. Now the first call on the jump still has me puzzled, but then so do half the calls that KAT gets whistled for.
Agree about Gobert's tantrum. More than silly to act the way he did. It was dumb.
As for the foul... meh. When I watch what Tucker (and often Harden) are able to do in the post defensively... it's far far far more physical than what Gobert did there... hence my "flop when there's retaliation" comment.

I do get so tired of what CP gets away with. I think Utah won that game because of the Gobert ejection. Ingles took his game up a notch, and did exactly what I wish the wolves would do when getting jobbed by the officials. He not only played even harder, but got very physical with Houston.
Wow, that does seem like a lot. Although Delly is a negative asset. I think he has one more year left?? I get that would lead you to believe Teague has value but there aren't many playoff teams in need of a PG.

I'm with you that it seems like a lot for a guy who was bad for the kings last year and wasn't great for the Cavs. To be fair haven't watched him outside of the wolves games this year.
I understand you point on playoff PGs but it is being reported multiple teams were making offers for Hill.

Hill among all the Cavs mess was shooting the he'll out of the ball. The Cavs took on around 20 million in salary for next season. John Henson isn't a worthless player at his salary. The Bucks must feel pretty good about Thon or someone else they have or figure they can get someone off the greet or a buyout if needed. Interesting and somewhat surprising deal though. As it's been mentioned before Teague is gonna be moveable next year one way or another. Hill is a better complimentary player but Teague has value especially as an expiring contract.
I agree Hill is more of a complementary player. And this deal was completed because Cleveland understands they are in a rebuild (smart) and is willing to take on salary for picks. The wolves aren't in that position.
We got some help from the east tonight and I was just watching box scores and the Spurs came back and looks like they solidly beat the Lakers. No worries Melo will soon rescue Lebron. :)
Also Millsap may have broken his toe in the loss to Charlotte.
