Teague for Ariza and a pick?

Once Houston finds a third team to get in on it... back there?

Keep in mind Ariza has a no trade clause. He can pick where he wants to go if he wants to. I don't know why in a lost season the Suns would make a move for Teague now although a legit PG would help their young guys. Tyus or someone younger sure (or some older cheap decent backup) but I don't see them wanting Teague. As for the deal other than the contract situation dealing Teague for another wing would be problematic for me. Tyus or Rose gets hurt and you have nobody I feel comfortable with as a guy playing valuable minutes as a shot creator/PG. Bayless if healthy might be able to fill in for a couple games but if anything this team could use another of those guys (just in terms of depth especially wirh Rose injury history) not trade one away.

Yeah. I don't see the Teague thing happening either. My suggestion had nothing to do with the Wolves at all.

Houston is definitely missing Ariza + Mbao a Moute from last season, so I could see them targeting him.

Another video of how officials are calling freedom of movement travels and respect for the game.

Rachel Nichols on "The Jump" losing her shit because Windhorst and Pierce are talking about how much better young guys are playing on the wolves since the trade. She claims Jimmy was screwing the wolves on purpose to show Thibs, and that Jimmy had to do it because the Wolves weren't trying to trade him.

Some how Rachel fails to realize how selfish that makes Jimmy look. Rachel clearly doesn't understand that a contract binds both parties, and that Jimmy had no right to ask for a trade.

I lost all respect for her in her coverage of the story. Very problematic and far from what you could call journalism.

She has been very biased with regards to jimmy butler coverage. Ever since she got that sit down interview with butler, she has been pro butler in all of this. I get that she feels she owe jimmy something as that interview got her lots of coverage. But she should let the guys who lnows basketball do the talking and analyzing.

Eh I get what point she is trying to make but maybe she could have let her peeps actually talk instead of raming this point multiple times when they were trying to make some valid points. Meanwhile a little later they had a segment about how Embiid (his own words) was trash and nobody mentioned Jimmy Butler as a problem. I found that a little amusing. I actually enjoyed listening to Pierce and Windhorst in this show.

So I saw where Rudy Gobert freaked out after a 2nd foul call yesterday and got kicked out of a game three minutes in... only a couple of days after being fined for ripping officials.

What made it "funny" is that it was a total flop by James Harden. It goes back to what I was saying about Houston earlier in the week. They purposely put undersized guys like Harden and Tucker against centers in the post... and then those guys play the pesky "lil" guy pushing and shoving and holding the oversized centers without foul calls... only to flop when there's any retaliation.

Fortunately, Utah won by about 30. So yeah... F Houston. But it's just such a weaselly way to play basketball -- and will rear its ugly head many many many more times this season.

I've always hated the way Harden played. Then you add middle linebacker PJ Tucker and whiny-floppy ass Chris Paul and they became almost unbearable. They provoke things like this. Glad to see Utah whoop their ass.

Abe, I thought Rudy deserved the second foul, and silly to react the way he did. Now the first call on the jump still has me puzzled, but then so do half the calls that KAT gets whistled for.
