Good to see IT back in Boston. He absolutely carried that team a couple years ago.

Looks like Wesley Matthews will sign with the Pacers after he is waived. Nice that he is staying in the East.

Lol how did we end up not being buyers nor sellers this deadline? Why is this the team we are going to finish the year with? That 10th pick in a garbage draft is gonna do wonders for us.

I wonder if the Wolves will be buyers in the buy-out market. I don't even know if they have the cap space to go after anyone...

No. Have the Wolves ever been buyers in that market?

Why would a guy choose MN to NOT make the playoffs?

Were you really expecting anything. I heard Jon K give a rousing defense of Taylor on his last podcast and it really made me upset. His whole point was that Taylor hasn't been actively making mistakes therefore you can't pin the state of the franchise on him. But inaction has always been Taylor's m.o. He's so passive, and we should never expect anything progressive or forward thinking to ever happen with this franchise. It has always been reactionary until it is too late.

I'm a little surprised because how active it was they didn't make a move with Tolliver. Really thought there was a bunch of these moves that was all about money and the Wolves aren't really in a position to do that type of thing. Oh well I'm not gonna freak out too much about missing out on a random 2nd round pick.

As for the buy out market...I say sign some younger player that you give an opportunity to play and see if you can get something out of them. Nick Stauskus is on my mind...but please not someone like Ben McLemore who might have the same pulse as Wiggins with less talent.

I remember the days people use to pine for Ben McLemore... and Courtney Lee.
