Re: NBA Finals
Bobby Portis has a player option for next year which he is likely to decline. He is a PF who could move the meter for the Wolves. If the Bucks don't find a way to retain him, he would seem like a perfect fit for Minny. He would bring that toughness and grit that we always seem to lack. And now a championship pedigree as well.

Since you have probably seen him play as much as anyone here how much would you be willing to pay him?

Not sure if it would be enough but I would give him the full mid-level exception

The only thing he can't do is shoot from behind the arc. He's the most unstoppable player scoring inside in the League today. And he's a super elite defender. I love the guy.
Agree. He's truly position-less in that he combines traditional perimeter skills (ball handling and passing) with elite length and a bit of a power too, as he has definitely gotten a lot stronger in the last few years.
Simmons is a similar archetype....just a notch or two below though in terms of overall impact.

Something to think about. Do you think Emibiid and Giannis would work well together?

Seeing as Embiid and Simmons worked well enough together to have the best record in the East, then yes, a better version of Simmons would likely make the Sixers even better. Yes, both prefer to occupy the paint, but their collective strengths outweigh whatever dis-synergies might exist because of that.
