We have had a lot of bad teams for more than a decade. But this team is currently displaying the lowest basketball IQ of any of them, which really doesn't make sense because I thought we had some pretty smart guys being led by a pretty smart coach. And KAT is not immune from the stupidity either.

The only hope is maybe the team needs to time to develop chemistry under the new systems they are running...

Should have handed the keys to Jimmy Butler when we had a chance.

Everyone can debate all they want who should close games. Doesn't matter one bit unless Kat, Dlo and Ant play much better and create open looks and move the ball.

Don't disagree but I do think Dlo and Kat sort of did that. (ANT not so much).

McDaniels posterized Morant off a Dlo pass (missed the FT)

DLO nice pass to Kat missed a runner in the lane.

Kat hits dlo for a open mid range jumper and dlo misses it.

Dlo hits mcdaniels for a layup and mcdaniels missed the bunny

Probably the Wolves but I have been thinking about that team lately. Add in their unprotected 1st and I do it in a second

I might actually take that trade without any draft compensation added. I've long been a supporter of Brandon Ingram and Jonas Valan?i?nas is quietly a monster. That's the kind of deal that I have in mind if the franchise chooses to trade Karl-Anthony Towns, though. I'm not all that interested in a bundle of picks and more unproven young talent. Give me a lower-ranked star player and another high-quality piece for arguably a top-20 or top-25 player. The Pelicans also make sense to me as a team that would be interested in shuffling parts versus blowing it up. That Wolves team post-trade would be intriguing.

I thought of that as well, but then who is going to stay in front of Ja? DLO? I don't think so, Ant? Maybe. Bease? Nope.

Our entire future rides on Ant not only becoming an elite player/distributor but defender as well.

Honestly I might just let Ant guard him.
