Golden State is trading Andre Iguodala to the Memphis Grizzlies, league source tells ESPN. Warriors are sending a 2024 protected first-round pick in the 2024 (protected 1-4), 2025 (protected 1) and 2026 unprotected.

wtf

They had to clear space to do the DLO deal

Holy $&@#!!! Well the Grizzlies officially did well trading Conely and Gasol.

Every team in the west seemed to do well.

We are the Knicks of the North.

I said it at the time, and I'm saying it now. After that happened, you might as well have torn the whole thing down and started over. We're just wasting time at this point.

Aren't you a Bucks fan now? Why are you still here?

Dang! I actually believed we were going to get him...

But this is life in the NBA: adjust on the fly. We still have lots of moves to make, whether by trade, free agency, or both.

Exactly, all while the Wolves pretend like they aren't a middling NBA team and chase after guys like Russell as if he's the last piece to our championship puzzle. I'm serious when I say this: we should trade KAT to Boston and pick up as many of their draft assets as we can.

Lol, so why is this about putting or not putting trust in Rosas?? So he crushed the fan base moral by trying to make some moves, they didn't work out. Not the current front offices fault the previous was a complete train wreck. The biggest mistake of that deal was your boy Wiggy wasn't the main piece.

That's it play the "my boy wiggy" card for the 15th time. Every time your feelings get hurt it's somehow my fault Wiggins didn't pan out.

I feel weird saying this...but I sort of enjoyed getting caught up in all of it. What helps be not feel THAT disappointed is some of these guys like Rubio getting a bunch of money while we chased Russell. What guy did we miss out on in this 5 hours of FA?

Monster, we miss out on dlo. The one all star free agent that wanted to come here despite us not having any cap space. Will dlo make us a contender? No, but he can help us make it back to the playoffs and we have a culver and okogie to keep developing that might turn into something very good.

Teague has little if any value other swapping another bad contract. Dieng and wig are negative value. Best hope was pairing those up with covington to clear cap space.

Instead, the focus was clearing wig and thinking we can easily dump teague as well.

I think its, the protections on 1 pick because you cant trade b2b picks. I misread as well.

So the grizzlies could have eaten teagues deal for a pick, but rosas chose not to?
