Towns being "monitored" makes me think of some dude with a mustache, wearing a blazer over a turtle neck with jeans and cowboy boots driving a 70's Chrysler tailing Towns and slumping down in his seat to keep from being noticed. Pretty sure every big market has at least one of these goons. Smh
