It feels like the first time we have actually signed a guy like this later in the season. I kinda thrilled we did it.

This is a win. Reynolds showed some real tools/chops on both ends of the floor. In a league where discovering [cheap] talent is paramount, this could be a big deal for the Wolves.

He's a volume 3 shooter, something we can't seem to ever grow ourselves or the ones we've had have some other massive defect (like LaVine on defense). I guess I haven't watched him enough to know if he can do much else. Can he defend a folding chair?

Looked good in his limited minutes. Also the only one on the team who routinely reroutes cutters that fly by him.

May be we're stocking up on wings in anticipation of a Wiggins trade (?). One can only hope....

I agree completely, Cam! It's about time the Wolves did something like this. I'm not expecting much, but you make enough moves like this over time and eventually it pays off.

The book on Reynolds coming from the G-league was that he defended. The stuff I watched of him from there looked like he put forth the effort and moved his feet. He seems like a guy that's at least somewhat hard to play against. He fits the idea of switching defense. As an offensive player supposedly he has a bit of a post game. The good news about that is he likely can finish around the basket. You can never have enough wings even if Wiggins is still here next year. I'm starting to think they should move him but it ends up that they won't.
