You can make an argument that not a single PG on this roster should be back.

Wonder what Covington's trade value will be this summer. Should be able to get a mid-first. Worth thinking about.

That missed call on the deflection and subsequent 4 point play sums up being a Wolves fan. We had a very good chance of winning that game until that happened.

Was happy to hear Butler get some boos, well deserved.

I agree Doper and Wild, we need a lead guard bad. Needs to be top priority. I'd be completely good with none of our four PG's returning next year. Draft or trade, we need a talent upgrade there, whether it's a vet or a rookie.

In this draft? Hell no. This draft sucks. Besides, trading Covington is a clear message to Towns that we're not interested in trying to compete next year

I was livid at that missed call and then what did Towns deserve to do for that Tech? oh well...draft pick i guess right?

Same with Bayless missing bunnies...draft pick

PGs...yeah we don't have the right guy on the roster but it doesn't mean someone we have now can't help get us moving in the right direction. It would be great to keep Tyus on a reasonable deal. Good backups are important and sometimes can help a trade also. There has been some reporting that Tyus really isn't fully ready to go after his injury and his conditioning isn't there. I'm not suggesting that Tyus is awesome but maybe he would be showing a bit more if not for that ankle injury. we need to keep building the roster with legit NBA players both as assets and to be good so a player might decide they want to come here.

Ok now for the actual game that was a pretty good performance from the Wolves against a good Philly team and they didn't have Emiid but Bolden was going bonkers from 3 so that helps make up for it. I think the rel key is that the bench is what is helping this team along. thats nice to see.

Dieng with another good game.

Cam Reynolds looks like he can like really play.

I think moving Covington is something to consider. I'm not saying do it but its worth considering. I think you have to get more than a mid-round pick but if you can get a pick and a player that might be something to consider. IF you dealt him and got basically cap space that might be a similar type move. Ultimately I think we need to keep Covington to start next season and see what we have in some of these other young wings which could be added to via the draft. As long as Covington is reasonably healthy there will be a pretty good market for him and its even possible there will be an even bigger market in season if that is something the Wolves would consider.
