Recent KAT Interview Video in Kentucky

Enjoyed the interview. Kid's got great priorities. Love's the game, loves his family and people in his life and is frugal (biggest purchase is a laptop). It makes me wonder if down the road he'd give up some money, if need be, to help build a championship team here. Sort of like what Tim Duncan does.

As long as he can afford medical school, he'll probably be okay financially as far as he's concerned. Remember, the kid wants to be a doctor after his NBA career. His life doesn't stop with basketball, which I think is very cool. He's got a good head on his shoulders.
And we're a long way away from him, or Wiggins, or LaVine giving up any money.

I hope he doesn't have to, but I think he definitely has good priorities. One of the reasons I hope we can keep the KAT, Wiggins, Zach core together is that I think those three have such a great bond on and off the court that they'll want to stay together and win titles even if there might be a few more bucks somewhere else.

I like that his main use of his NBA salary was to pay off his parent's debts. There's another video of Karl playing with elementary school kids. Just a good role model in not just basketball, but life.

I was thinking he should do something besides sitting slouched down like he was. I quickly realized he was just trying to be eye level with the person interviewing him who was standing next to the table. Lol

Was watching some KAT highlights earlier, amazing how comfortable he looks with the ball at the top of the key, and how easily he can get to the rack. I don't think too many centers can do that.

He can shoot, drive, and post up. I can't think of a Center in the NBA - past or present - that could do all three effectively.

Cousins can do it. It's just not as efficient as Towns.

Some Pek, Dieng, Karlito frontcourt minutes next year?
