They're hitting their mid-range jumpers and we aren't. Seems to be the biggest difference so far.

Given how sloppy that was, I'll take being within 4.

Yep. It feels like Wiggins and Towns haven't really got going and we have missed FTs (and bunnies) and we are right there.

Towns drove me nuts in the first half. Some really poor defensive possessions, forced up shots around the rim, too cute of a pass that lead to an easy basket the other way. Wiggins was out of sorts at timed and...Butler was so damn good.

Very disappointed in Towns defense so far. Very undisciplined and out of position. He needs to be a stopper. Butler really gets after it. I want to see the other guys do that. Really hope it rubs off on some of these yoing guys.

The Spurs blocked 8 shots in the first half. The Wolves blocked 1 shot and it was Teague who blocked the shot. The Spurs also outrebounded the Wolves by 5 in the half. It's going to be hard for the Wolves to win if we're outrebounded and can't protect the rim on par with our opponents. But the biggest concern for me so far is our offense. The poor shooting and lack of imagination and ball movement on offense is troubling. This team's personnel is built to score. We have to be a really good offensive team to win.

Gibson looked old and slow on that last play.
