I personally have sister who plays D3 basketball. She's just came back from
having Covid. She's a 30min + player per game. She had a back to back games this weekend and she only could go about 20-25 mins in each game. I don't think we don't give enough credence on how much Covid might've been effecting Rubio.

I know how my sister plays she's a step slower right now and you can tell the lungs are not the same right now. I'm assuming if it can effect a 20 year old girl it can effect a grown adult even more.

It's certainly probable that covid did a number on him as he has looked even worse athletically and had zero lift in his legs for most of the year. He said in his postgame interview he's getting his legs back just recently.

Good point, Jester. I know several people who've had Covid. None were sick enough to be hospitalized, but all of them continue to experience fatigue and say they still get winded more than they used to several months after testing negative. One person I know had it in November and in addition to the fatigue she said she still has moments of mental fog. It takes a while for a lot of people to come back fully from this disease. Even if the lingering effects are barely detectable in regular daily living, minor residual effects will be exposed competing in the NBA.

Fair, but does COVID affect decision-making on the court too? That would be a new discovery.

Culver, Bolmaro, trading a #1 for Rubio and paying him $17M. Let's pump the brakes a little bit.

I'm happy Ricky played so well tonight. But a lot of Wolves players had good games tonight. Lost in all this is just how well Ant played with 18 points, 7 rebounds and a +14. He continues to struggle from behind the arc, but his points in the paint and his passing were terrific tonight.

Fair but if covid is effecting him and he is playing bad. Is he forcing things because he is playing bad.

Ricky has been bad this year but it's just werid he fell off a cliff after a career year. Wolves need this Rubio going forward

We don't know on Bolmaro. We were going to have to pay Johnson and that trade got us 2 1st one that became McDaniels, just saying.

Culver has been his only bad pick and it was a good trade, value wise.

He has had 4 2-way contacts. 2 have NBA contacts (Naz and Martin), jmac is a rotation piece. Hagas has been his only miss
