Down 10 going into the fourth quarter. Wolves started flat and have yet to play defense in this entire game. Not looking like they'll wake up any time soon.

Making up 10pts with no help side defense and no one that can stop Beal is gonna be hard. Is Roco our best option on Beal?

I was hoping one of our wings would step up on offense tonight to replace what wig brings and it has not happen and we are down 10.

Washington playing loose this game and a ton of energy. Sloppy effort so far by the Wolves.

At what point do we start worrying about culver?

He's fine for a rookie he's a decent asset or long term player.

Rotate Okogie and Culver on him and hope Beal starts missing. Covington is less impactful as an on-ball defender. Much better when he can float/roam around and play help defense.

The Wizards aren't a good team -- like, at all. They're 2-7 for a reason. I don't think the Wolves are going to need many things to go abnormally right for them tonight.

It's Karl-Anthony's birthday and he typically plays well on these occasions. Jeff Teague is rightfully back in the starting lineup. Minnesota wins by double digits at home without Andrew Wiggins.

I sure hope you're right about this. I'm starting to get a little nervous
