How sad! Another terrible tragedy resulting from this epidemic. I feel so bad for Karl. His mom and dad sat just across the isle and two rows back from us. His dad came to a lot of games and his mom a few. Really nice, approachable people. We talked to them and they interacted a lot with those sitting around them. Not a trace of arrogance or privilege as the parents of an NBA star. It's never easy to lose a parent. I've lost both of mine within months 5 years ago. But to lose a loved one in this way makes it even more painful. My thoughts and prayers go out to Karl and his family.

I've been wondering how she was doing every couple days. Everything I have heard about her was overwhelmingly positive. It's really sad.

One of my wife's co-workers who I went to college with had a cousin that died from COVID 19 in NY. It's starting to hit home more now.
