Its no coincidence that he played differently when Saunders when to him to run the offense in the 4th. Same thing happened in the okc game when rose went out.

The problem is when rose and teague are both healthy, wiggs will be back to standing in the corner playing his role as floor spacer.

To be fair though Wiggins throughout his career hasn't proved he can be consistent in the point Wiggins role

Yup, he needs to shore up that handle. There was that one play tonight that he had that ball on a string a la irving, I was shocked.

His handle is in my opinion the #1 reason why Wiggins hasn't developed. I do think he has heart but he struggles with his loose handle and moving from dribble to the shooting pocket

He is shooting 26% in the G League. But who cares came up big tonight. 33 pts out of Deng, Bayless and Terrell.

Good short handed win (I know lakers are missing LBJ)

One more stat. Small sample size of course (8 games) wiggins is averaging 7 rebounds a game since thibs got fired. Small but good sign

Yup. Lethargic 7 boards though.

Relax cool. People might start thinking he belongs in the NBA.

Ha, I looked that one up too but didnt want to report it! Yeah, not suggesting that he's the answer to our dreams, but agree that his 2 3's were huge tonight. And his good form along with his long-range success his senior year made it seem like it wasnt a fluke. In all fairness though, he was a below average 3-point shooter his first 3 years in college.

Saunders is the luckiest coach in the history of the NBA, and Thibs had no luck at all. Ryan becomes coach, and all of a sudden Wig learns how to rebound. Ryan becomes coach, and suddenly Luol Deng remembers how to play basketball again. Ryan becomes coach, and suddenly Bayless and Terrell finally decide to show up. Nothing to see here, folks...Ryan is just lucky, and Thibs couldn't ever get a break.

I guess Wig has proven to be very durable. And KAT too. These 2 could dominate with just a little more aggression from Andrew.
